Our Background Story
ZimCampus Properties was established in 2017 by
the Infrastructure Development Bank of Zimbabwe
(IDBZ).
ZimCampus Properties (Pvt) Ltd is a Public-Private
Partnership whose shareholders are Old Mutual, the
Motor Industry Pension Fund (MIPF), ZIMNAT, and
the Infrastructure Development Bank of Zimbabwe
(IDBZ).
Our flagship project, the Bulawayo Students’ Accommodation City (BSAC), was recently commissioned by the President of Zimbabwe, His Excellency Dr E.D Mnangagwa; BSAC is located opposite the National University of Science and Technology (NUST). It offers 516 bedrooms housing 1,032 students and a retail complex with 30 outlets including a supermarket, food court, bookstore and a health centre.
